Women's 6 week Boot Camp Challenge 

This program is not for the faint of heart! In this intensive boot camp session, you'll be put through medicine balls, kettle bell and body weight exercises to tone and sculpt your body.  These exercises mixed with the punching and kicking cardio bag work will blast fat away.  Not only do you get an amazing workout program, but you also get a great diet and meal plan.  This can be a great kick start to a new and healthier lifestyle.

Bag Class

Bag Class at 914 Training Center is an hour long intense training session. Our instructors will lead you through a dynamic, fast paced workout. Our bag class incorporates kickboxing, Muay Thai and boxing combinations and body weight exercises to optimize muscle growth and fat loss.
